Do I need to type or know anything about tech?
No. That's the whole point. You'll learn to talk to AI out loud. If you can talk on the phone, you can do this.
What do I need?
A smartphone, and a computer if you have one. We'll set up a free Claude account together on Day 0. Some advanced features we'll demo (like sending tasks from your phone to your computer) need a paid Claude plan — you can watch and decide later.
What if I can't make it all 5 nights?
No problem. Replays are available for a limited time, and you can still submit each worksheet to unlock the bonus teachings.
How much does it cost?
The challenge is absolutely FREE. At the end, I'll share how you can keep going with us if you'd like more help — but there's no obligation.
Can my spouse join?
